Manifesto/ethos/primera

How do we create a sustainable design that prioritizes diverse and interesting spaces with great visual quality and daylight conditions? How do we make a building move?
architecture that challenges universal waste issues and traditional building techniques reject[s] the modernist axiom that architecture needed to be physically erected in order to exist
The layout and letting of the building reflect an aspiration to create a sociable and collaborative work environment. Functionalism, more a method than an end, became a gateway to eliciting architectural desire. Flexible spaces for primary workspace functions transform an element of sheer utility into a decisive architectonic component, cost-effectively build[ing] new creative workspace.
Raw aesthetics,differentiated spatial sizes, layers of visual connections through the building and great daylight conditions without internal partitions, to allow each space to be adapted for different uses. Artificial light is minimized, independently remarkable if often overlooked.
Views of the exterior are always present; even across the building; decorative, celebratory, that would activate a feeling of connectivity.

Reflection:
The purposeful amalgamation of curvilinear and rectilinear forms create a community viewing area and marker that can be glimpsed by passing motorists. The red mountainous form evokes thoughts of the indigenous peoples and the red land they inhabit.

The form bridges over the road, allowing for pedestrians to view fields on both sides of the road,
form=function

The rectilinear cutout within the curvilinear form acts as a frame for the world beyond,
form=function

Slits cut out into the structure act to both shield viewers from the sun and yet allow them to view
the sports fields, form=function

It's not what forms represent but if they function effectively

More is the effective function of form, wasting none
