architecture that challenges universal waste issues and traditional building techniques reject[s] the modernist axiom that architecture needed to be physically erected in order to exist
The layout and letting of the building reflect an aspiration to create a sociable and collaborative work environment. Functionalism, more a method than an end, became a gateway to eliciting architectural desire. Flexible spaces for primary workspace functions transform an element of sheer utility into a decisive architectonic component, cost-effectively build[ing] new creative workspace.
Raw aesthetics, differentiated spatial sizes, layers of visual connections through the building and great daylight conditions without internal partitions, to allow each space to be adapted for different uses. Artificial light is minimized, independently remarkable if often overlooked.
